The Standard License is granted to entities of unlimited company size and is solely for self-promotional use. This license allows the mockups to be used exclusively for the licensee’s own self-promotion and branding efforts and does not permit any form of commercial profit or use. The mockups under this license may be utilized across presentations and pitches, internal communication, print, your website (excluding e-commerce), and organic social media content. Commercial use, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or the sale of products or services, is strictly prohibited. The rights obtained through the purchase are exclusive to the entity listed as the licensee at the time of purchase. The Standard License is valid indefinitely. Transfer of the license or sublicensing is not permitted under any circumstances.

The Commercial Plus License is intended for entities with more than 20 employees and permits the use of mockups for presentations and pitches, internal communication, print, your website (including e-commerce), organic social media content, digital advertising, email marketing, out of home advertising and print advertising. The Commercial Plus License also permits commercial use, including advertising, marketing, and other commercial activities. The rights obtained through the purchase are exclusive to the entity listed as the licensee at the time of purchase, meaning only one party (either the user or the employer/client) may utilize the mockup, but not both. The duration of use under this license is unlimited. Transfer of the license or sublicensing is not permitted, except as provided under Clause 4.3 of these ToU.
