Refund policy

At Akoya Mockups, all products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase. All sales are final. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases as outlined below.

EU Consumers & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the files has been provided. This consent is confirmed at checkout.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
- Technical issues preventing delivery
- Incorrect charges

Refund requests based on change of mind, lack of software compatibility, or no longer needing the product are not eligible.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Any refunded license is automatically revoked upon processing.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
